Harbour Master Bar

this is a decent bar for a few drinks after work on a weeknight, it gets alot of workers from the ifsc and the surrounding offices.this is not a great bar at the weekend as it does not have much of an atmosphere.the food here is fairly decent and wont break the bank.

Rebuilt from the shell of the old harbour master's office, this wonderful Bar & Restaurant combines the feel of a warm, old-style pub with a modern dining room and private function area. With its antique wooden floor, hidden nooks and high ceilings providing a warm comfortable and relaxing atmosphere it's the perfect place to lunch or unwind from the hectic surroundings of the I.F.S.C.

Was in the Harbour Bar for a few drinks whilst waiting for my son to finish in Waterworld. The bar man was absolutely lovely. I know its 'his job' to be nice but he went out of his way to provide the best possible service. There was a customer who to my mind was a bit awkward as he asked for his pint in a straight glass.Rather than be a little 'off' with him the bar man really went out of his way to accomidate and eventually washed the glass the man wanted. I don't agree with the other review's. This place is great.

This place is extremely over priced. I have eaten here twice once in the restaurant and once in the bar. I was not happy with meal, it was very bland considering the prices they charge in the restaurant they could put in a bit more effort cooking it. On the positive side the presentation of the meal was good and service was good. The place needs some TLC quick the bar /lounge area needs to be painted and something done with the wooden floors that look like awful!!!

Don't really dig this place, it's a bit nothingy! Dull, full of Financial Service workers going out to race 2 or 3 pints in them so they can get off home quick smart. Otherwise the wife will be waiting for them at the door, saucepan in hand, to give them a rattle!!!

The chicken wings in this place are AMAZING... sadly not al lot else is about this bar. Maybe the decor is intentional,.. but it seems to generally be dirty.
