Dublin Airport Authority

I think Dublin Airport is well laid out with very effecient and dedicated staff. The online check in system has certainly fast tracked what used to be a very chaotic system and it is certainly more of a pleasure now to fly than it used to be bar the new legislations like putting toiletries in a clear plastic bag and not having any liquid over 50 mls....

Pretty standard airport but I will say the staff and security are a lot more helpful than in the UK airports in my opinion. Everything is sign posted very well so its easy to figure out where youre going. The shops are good but a bit over priced, same goes for the restaurants. A lot of people with early flights seem to spend the night in starbucks!

In comparison to some other European airports I've been in Dublin Airport is pretty good. It's always clean, and it's quite modern. They're opening a new terminal too, so that should be interesting! Everything is overpriced, even duty free is ridiculously expensive, but the airport serves its main purpose so that's good enough for me!

An average airport. Nothing as good as Shannon as I do feel that this is the most over priced over all 3 of the main Irish airports. The food and drinks are very over priced but on the upside the duty free here is very good and very extensive. And with Dublin flying pretty much all over the world it's where most people end up going these days

There isn't much more to say other than it is an airport. Like all airports food/drinks are going to be overpriced, but this aiport gets the job done. Last time I moved fairly quickly throughout and it wasn't too mad.

This airport sucks big time.
You gotta wait forever for your bags. They have real old TV monitors for the flight info.
You come out and its like some small town bus station. The rental cars are old, banged up and dirty.
I wouldn't mind so much but everything is so g*ddamn expensive.

Dublin airport seems to be bigger every time i go through there, cant really complain its bacially like any other major airport iv been to, there are plenty of good shops and resturants. the bus service to and from the airport is pretty efficient, making my trips to dublin hassel free

In general as world airports go Dublin Airport is among the best. The facilities - shops,restaurants and pubs are varied and plentiful. My advice always to Dublin visitors is to try to go to Dublin Airport as far in advance of their flight as possible so they can have an enjoyable experience passing through Dublin Airport and possibly leaving Ireland for their last time after their visit. As airports go - pretty good. Sure there are lots of good and bad stories from this and other airports but was the airport at fault or the airline. Had a few delays with the national carrier especially between UK and IE. Generally good at checkin and on airside where there is a good range of options for food and drink and shops to fill many bags. Under redevelopment the airport will soon improve and provide greater capacity. Will be good to see the airport without roadworks. At ... more

I dont know why but I like this place. I have been there many many times when I arrived from some country or for wait my friends. Always I buy food in mcdonaldos or another place but is not cheap.
