Big bar with loads of space, price of drinks is fairly over-priced considering the prices other pubs are doing these days! It is a good spot to go for one or two on a night out... They are starting to do some good deals on cocktails which has its appeal. Some great talent in there on most wknd nights!

it has this kind of sex and the city feel to it which i like very much

Lovely, nice ambience, love to come here for lunch and get cocktails with the girls.It's really bright and it just feels so airy and spacious. This place is very busy on weekend nights and on sunday they do a live jazz session which is fantastic.

Wow! Stunning place - especially if you appreciate the art deco genre. You just lose yourself here - I could sit here for hours getting pleasantly plonked ! It's really pretty at night when all the lights are lit and it has a kind of magical atmosphere !

Pockets of spacious airyness with cozy little interludes make this place a prefect blend of romantic and earthiness. Like being on an art deco cruise on a huge ship -Every corner is a visual treat with such love and attention given to the minutist of details.Fantastic place!

A great place for dancing (if thats what you into) a general feel good party type of place with beautiful French style decor, hence the name, not cheap though 6 euro a pint after 11pm

I'm just sorry I can't give this place zero stars. Hell does exist on earth.....and it's on Dawson St....and it goes under the name of Ron Blacks, Cafe en Seine is much worse than that.

I have no idea why anyone would want to go to this place. Full of pretentious nobodys who all wish they were somebody but they aint. Then the only way to soften the blow of the extortionate prices behind the bar is to ask your mate to punch you square in the nose when you get handed your change, just to distract you. Someone below said that they got pickpocket here, I doubt it, he probably just paid for a round, didn't have enough money so they took his wallet too.

People give out about here but it is always packed at weekends. Watch out for pickpockets though. My wallet was taken there in September.

Always have great crack in here. The atmosphere is laid back but cool and its best of you come with a crowd.IMHO you get a great pint of Bulmers in here. The staff are sound so its a good night out and pleasant experience.

Capital Bars plc has to be the ultimate bar. Stuff that gets you kicked out anywhere else is encouraged here...drumsticks, dancing on the bar, goin behind the bar!!! This is the bar where the staff enourages you to party your butt off! They call it "Audience Participation", I say it's unbelievable! Prices are decent, but get there by 10 on the weekends, otherwise it is jammed to capacity...Try it, you'll love it....

Has a great range of different late night bars all along dawson street. Perfect place to go on a weekend because you can pub crawl until you find the spot you like whilest picking up special drinks promos.
